Where do you ship from?
We ship from our trusted fulfillment centers in the U.S. and Hong Kong, depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications. Once received, your order can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods.
